Mayuri is the University of Maryland's annual, premier Indian Classical Dance Competition. The competition showcases various forms of Indian Classical Dance to raise cultural awareness and interest in the College Park community and to provide teams from all across the nation a venue to flourish, learn and compete as dancers, artists and students. This year's lineup features GT Pulse, JHU Shakti, Mason Mahima, NCSU Thandav, Penn State Natya, RU Natya, UT Nritya Sangam and VCU Thandavam. Exhibition acts will be performed by our very own classical team UMD Moksha, Ninakshi Dance School and Faux Paz, UMD�s award-winning, co-ed a capella group.
