Global comedy superstar Russell Peters is delighted to announce he is returning to Washington D.C. in 2018 as part of his Deported World Tour. Russell will be performing a limited one-night-only show at the DAR Constitution Hall on September 22, bringing his own brand of humor to Washington D.C. once again. Tickets for The Deported World Tour taking place on September 22 at DAR Constitution Hall will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 27 at 10am from This show will feature all new material including plenty of Russellâ??s own signature interactions with the audience. Peters says, â??I love getting to know my audience. Itâ??s collaboration between us. Iâ??ve been building the new act in clubs across the States over the past year and Iâ??m very happy with it.â?? Russell Peters returns to live touring after taking time off to film his smash hit Netflix series The Indian Detective. The Indian Detective also stars Anupam Kher (The Big Sick, Silver Linings Playbook), William Shatner (Star Trek), Christina Cole (Suits, Casino Royale) and Mishqah Parthiephal (Keeping Up with the Kandasamys). Peters has also appeared in the yet to be released films, The Clapperwith Ed Helms, Amanda Seyfried and Tracy Morgan as well as Superconwith Ryan Kwanten and John Malkovich, and Public Schooledwith Judy Greer. The Deported World Tour kicked off in Australia and New Zealand in February 2018 and will see Russell travel around the world with shows well into 2019. His last tour travelled to over 26 countries with over 200 performances and more than 300,000 fans in attendance.
