OSU Genesis

- OSU Genesis is Ohios premier allmale Bollywood Fusion dance team. Established in 2009 at Ohio State University, the team competes nationally while also performing at exhibitions throughout the Greater Columbus area, with the goal of spreading awareness of Indian culture.

SLU Shakti

- SLU Shakti is a Bollywood/Fusion dance team, combining the styles of Indian and American dance. It was formed by three passionate students in 2011. After just one year, Shakti was honored to be selected to compete amongst other prestigious teams across the United States. Since then, Shakti has competed in and placed at numerous competitions each year. Theyve traveled to places such as Ann Arbor, Atlanta, Chicago, and Cincinnati. Through hard work and determination they received the opportunity to compete with the best at Bollywood America 2014 in San Francisco. SLU Shakti continues to grow as a competitive team and looks forward to competing for years to come.

UT Austin Nach Baliye

- Texas Nach Baliye was founded in 2008 by a group of students (led by the one and only Kovid Gupta!) who aimed to create a co-ed Bollywood team that would represent the University of Texas across nationwide dance competitions. We have evolved into a Fusion team whose dance styles include: Bollywood, Hip-Hop (Locking, New Style choreo,tutting), Bhangra, Contemporary, Classical, and as well as Fusion styles such as Bollywood-Hip-Hop.

- Founded in 2008, Asura is the University of Georgia's premiere co-educational fusion dance team, and welcomes highly determined and motivated UGA students who demonstrate passion, character, and discipline. Specializing in a multitude of styles including, but not limited to Bollywood, bhangra, hip-hop, and contemporary, Asura constantly engages the audience and actively campaigns to represent allthat there is to love about the art of dance.

- University of Miamis premiere Bollywood-fusion dance team, UJhoom, meaning swagger or style, has been lighting stages on fire since its inception. Comprised ofdancers from not just all over the United States, but all over the world, UJhoom really knows how to unify different dance styles and create a unique fusion flavor. From performances at national and international competitions in its inaugural year, this team has continued to show that UJhoom is more than dance; its about having fun, creating a family, and sharing a passion for expressing with our bodies what we cannot say with words.

The rich tradition of Bollywood fusion dance teams at many universities across the country has finally come to the University of Washington! UW Kahaani is the new and rising Bollywood fusion team based in Seattle. From local performances to national competitions, Kahaani explores international styles of dance to expand the exhilaration, love, and zest of Hindi film dance.

- What's life without a little Masti? Bringing high energy and a little mischief to each performance, Penn Masti adds a co-ed twist to South Asian fusion dance. We pride ourselves on experimenting with various dance styles: Hindi film dance, bhangra, hip-hop, jazz, raas, bharatanatyam, lyrical, modern, folk, broadway, and even Filipino tinikling. We are on the up and up: Mastis annual spring show packs the Iron Gate Theatre, and we competed for the first time in 2011 at Princeton Dance Dimensions.
