Anjana was born in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India, to Mr. Gopala Krishna and Mrs. Vidyala Sumathi. She spent her childhood in Kakinada, and then she moved to Hyderabad after her Studies. She has done B.Tech, MBA, Diploma in Carnatic Music and an All India Radio Gold Medalist
