    Chinmayi Sripaada is an award winning Indian playback singer. Her first film song, the title song in Kannathil Muthamittal took the industry by storm. It was a dream debut - a brilliant composition by A. R. Rahman and in a Mani Ratnam film, and song featured Simran and Keerthana. Since then has sung sung in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi (and the rare Tulu film) She also presented the first 3 seasons of Super Singer on STAR Vijay and was also the host on Chote Ustaad on Star Plus. She was a radio presenter on Aahaa FM 91.9 in Chennai, for a breakfast show titled 'Aahaa Kaapi Klub', on air Monday to Saturday between 7 to 10 AM. She has been a voice over actor for over 50 films in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Her debut in Tamil in Sillunu Oru Kadhal, in Telugu with Ye Maaya Chesave (Samantha) and in Hindi with Ek Deewana Tha (Amy Jackson) She inherited her talent in singing from her mother who also has been her Guru, Mrs.T Padmhasini. Chinmayi has won multiple awards as playback singer winning 2 Filmfare awards, 2 Tamilnadu State Govt awards and one Andhra Pradesh State Govt Awards amongst others. She won 12 awards for Best Female Playback singer in the year 2011 for her song Sara Sara Saara Kaathu. Chinmayi is the Founder/CEO of Blue Elephant, a language service company since 2005 and was one of only 26 women in 2011 to be selected and the first from Tamilnadu, for the Fortune/US State Department Global Women's mentoring partnership program. She also received the SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneurship Council award for Achievement in a Niche Business in 2010.
