    Starting out at house parties and small clubs back in 1995, Yogi-G has played for just about every crowd in town. His style is very versatile, ranging from the latest club dance hits and old skool favorites all the way to all out bhangra/bollywood and international music. The one thing you can expect when Yogi-G hits the decks is a guaranteed unforgettable time! Over the years, Yogi-G has had many stints and guest spots all over Houston including Blue Label, District Lounge, Deco Lounge, The Social, Belvedere, La Strada, Hotel ZaZa, The Roof, Touch, Swank Lounge, Toc Bar, Senioritas, Red Star, Bond, Gatsby, Boaka Bar, Rich's, Lotus Lounge, Crystal, Club Spy, Club OZ, Azure, Mantra and more. Yogi-G was instrumental in creating a unique event called "Turntablas on the Bayou". For years, this event was responsible for showcasing the global SouthAsian talent in Houston. Currently, Yogi has been busy putting together Houston's Only Bollywood Event, BOLLYWOOD BEAT! Yogi-G has also played alongside of many artists and djs including the Geto Boys, Apache Indian, Bally Sagoo, DJ Aqeel, Dj Suketu, Nawed Khan, BassNectar, dj Low-B (MIA's Dj), Dj Kayper (BBC London), Russel Peters, Nickodemus, Midival Punditz, Karsh Kale, Navdeep and Zakhm, Dave Sharma, The1Shanti, Dj Rekha, Jay Dabhi, MOBONIX, Janaka Selecta, Maneesh the Twister, dj Sharaab, and many more. Radio has always been a passion for Yogi. Back in 1998 on Music Masala Radio , he was in charge of music programming, creating commercial ad spots and mixing live throughout the shows and cruises. Currently, Yogi co-hosts his own radio show, Generasian Radio, since 2002 on KPFT 90.1 fm. Having created, produced, and hosted the only South Asian program of its kind on the FM dial in the US, Yogi-G allows listeners of all backgrounds and ethnicities to explore the Desi culture for two hours every Thursday afternoon from 1-3pm. As one-half of the MahaBeatz, Yogi-G has mashed up, remixed and produced many tracks over the years. In 1997, Yogi and partner Pankaj Patel created the remix album "Desi Flava", showcasing their love for bollywood/bhangra and hiphop and house beats. Again in 2001, Yogi-G and partner Dj Alx helped remix for the Cd "Music Masala: Generation M", a best seller amongst South Asian Youth and Dj. In 2002, Yogi was put in charge of organizing and creating the music for "Where's the Party, Yaar?" , a South Asian Comedy based on real life events and parties in the USA.
