KU jeeva is an emerging Bollywood fusion team from the University of Kansas. We combine different styles of dance such as Bhangra, Hip Hop, Bharatnatyam, Modernand Bollywood to put together a creative routine in order to perform at competitions nationwide! This year, KU Jeeva is enjoying its seventh year of existence. Aside from the competitive team, Jeeva will also be expanding to open practice/training sessions in fall of 2016 to allow those that might not have the time or availability to join full time. This will allow for everyone to learn the styles of dance that Jeeva does! We have not only performed in the competitive circuit but we have also been active in the Kansas community, performing at talent shows and cultural galas. After gaining new experiences in the past year, we are back and ready for another year of Bollywood Fusion!
