PantheRaas is the University of Pittsburgh's premier competitive garba/raas team. Garba and raas are forms of Indian folk dance originating from the state of Gujarat. Fast paced, energetic, and graceful, this dance style has modernized into the form that is performed by many collegiate teams nationwide. Our team performs at events on campus, takes part in competitions all over the country, and even dances at receptions, parties, events etc. Come out to any of our performances, and we hope you love watching us as much as we love to dance!
