Somlata Acharyya Chowdhury is a Bengali singer from West Bengal, India. She is a playback singer in Tollywood films and also has her own solo albums. She is also a guest lecturer of psychology at the Asutosh College in Kolkata. She is a playback singer and live performer Somlata, Bengal's only female rockstar. She performs with her live band Somlata And The Aces, and is a favourite of her fans.
