What once began as just an idea, UC Junoon (formerly known as UC Bollyhood) formed with a group of students from the University of Cincinnati with a common goal to create a different kind of music. We began practicing in a dorm room with just one keyboard and the idea of combining Bollywood music with English pop music.
In a short period of time we were able to find an assortment of talented singers, beat boxers and composers with different skills and musical backgrounds who, when together, created something unique.
Together we have found a way to combine our talents into a common passion, or in Hindi, Junoon, in a unique form that we hope to share with all of you.
