India Night is the largest and most anticipated event held by the UGA Indian Cultural Exchange (ICE). The first India Night was in 1994. For many years it was a talent show for the UGA Indian community. In 2015, India Night was an in-state dance competition featuring bhangra, raas, and Bollywood-fusion teams.
This year, the 23rd annual India Night, the show will be a national Bollywood-fusion dance competition in partnership with UGA’s premier Bollywood dance team, UGA Asura. This reputable show is expected to have an attendance of more than two thousand people from all over the country that will enjoy the classic southern hospitality of the University of Georgia and ICE.
