Having competed nationally for over ten years, WashU Raas is one of the oldest dandiya raas teams in the nation. Our team is renown for its use of intricate formations and steps, as well as its high octane character.
We perform on campus throughout the year in shows like Ashokas Diwali and WashU's Best Dance Crew. We also take part in several national competitions in the spring, such as A-Town Showdown, Raas Rodeo, Dandiya Dhamaka, Raas Royalty and Raas Rave Bhangra Blitz.
