Wicked Karma

Wicked Karma is a creative venture between friends… We combine artist management for your events and host our own as well! Wicked Karma was created between Rohit Batra (DJ RDX) and Christie Sanam. Their passion for all things Bollywood, unending artistic vision, and the right combination of talent has launched Bollysutra, Seattle’s staple Bollywood party. ? The Bollysutra dance party, in its 4th year, has paved the way for a few firsts in Seattle. Christie and DJ RDX have been so proud to have hosted a Bollywood flash mob at the Space Needle, produced the very first Bollywood cruise dance party (which always sells out!), and have pioneered the very first Bollywood party to take a chartered bus land in Leavenworth, WA. We now are also entertaining Bollywood celebrities that range from DJs like Bollywood producer Nawed Khan to shows like Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi in Kaifi Aur Main, among others. The WK team is close like family and also includes DJ Evolusion Projekt, Ambush and DJ Anup (one of the pioneers to bring Bollywood to Seattle) We are also eternally grateful for Mujale from Outsidetheinc Photography, Tomo our lovely angel, and our various door staff who help with events. With an incredible staff like this, WK was also able to produce its first EP in 2014 as our DJs don’t just rock the dance floor but also pour hours of passion and creativity into music production, as well. Since then Sur in Seattle has been Rohit’s project of passion, producing original music and videos, too.
