Welcome to The Calcutta Club USA. We are a unique organization whose members are passionate about the city of Calcutta, its locale, language, lifestyle and literature. Just as the original Calcutta club was founded as a platform for the British and Indians to meet on equal terms, the Calcutta Club USA thrives in stimulating bonhomie, warmth and acceptance among its diverse members. The nexus of friendship and respect binds every member of the club. The club's events are mostly internal but we also organize three major annual public events - The Calcutta Club Literature Fest (Sanskriti), Caleidoscope Cine Celebration and the CuisinArt Live Culinary Contest and Art Sale.
